Settings are basically the same for both Apple and Android devices, but we have seen some odd behaviours with some versions of device so a couple of options for domain and username are indicated below.
- Try option 1 first and if that fails to connect try option 2.
- We have seen cases where the settings in option 1 change to the settings in option 2 after they are saved but don't work if initally set as option 2.
- If there is some kind of server change your device may detect the change and require you to re-connect (even just using the same info) as a security measure.
- Please note that setting up email access to LYQ will require you to password/pin protect your device as a privacy precaution.
